A Little More About Us

We rescue animals and plants and do our best to empower others and to share with them the great news that we are loved! We also share food items, when we can obtain these items from distribution sites, with several families, and can always use financial help.

We are so proud to see the smiles of relief on people's faces as we interact with them; we watch them grow and feel safe as they confide in us. Let us know if you have any issues that we might be able to pray with you for. Additionally, we will be happy to direct you to local resources.

Remember, Father God loves you! Jesus is merciful and very accessible! So are your angels. One is always "on" and the other one "fills in", much as we do when we have busy jobs.

We recently added two new "poopie faces" (as I fondly call my rescues). Wims and Whimsey visit us daily. I didn't know ducks needed to wet their food and I CERTAINLY didn't know they could fly so gracefully! Now I know.

Update: they've migrated mid-June as summers are so hot early on in this part of the world! I hear that they'll be back! Their unflappable way of interacting with the world has taught us much.

All the wild bird seed I threw around the beautiful Bald Cedar that they sought shelter under resulted in lush grass. :)
